What type of material do you use for the watches?
KALONDA Watches use a high quality 316 L stainless steel that looks and feels great.
Is there a warranty on KALONDA watches?
Yes, we offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on the movement of our watches. Unfortunately, our warranty does not cover damages that may occur from everyday use. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Are KALONDA watches water resistant?
KALONDA Watches have a water resistance of 5 atm. This means they will easily withstand splashes or brief immersion in water, or getting caught in the rain. However, it is not sufficiently resistant for swimming or bathing.
I want to be a KALONDA reseller. do you have any resellers or authorize reselling?
While we appreciate that you want to be a reseller of KALONDA watches, we do not currently have any reseller or wholesale program. Please email us at email@example.com and we may get back to you when we decide to go down that path!
Will i have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
KALONDA cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.

Will you restock sold out items?
Some designs are restocked every now and then. We advice you to keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about these restocks.
How can I cancel or change my order?
You cannot change your order. If you want to cancel your order, send an email to email@example.com referring to your order number. Please take into account that we can only cancel your order within one hour after you have placed an order and that cancelations can only be processed during our office hours (weekdays from 09.00 – 17.00 GMT).
How do i track my order?
Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a Track&Trace code via mail with which you can track your order.
